PARLYX Associates, LLC is a locally owned and customer oriented company
founded by Keith Shaub and Shaun Magner. As a full service Real Estate
Property Management Company, PARLYX Associates, LLC was established on
the basis that there is a need to provide and maintain quality housing
for tenants while ensuring maximum profitability for the investor.
PARLYX offers everything from complete property management to one-time

Keith Shaub graduated with honors from The Thompson Institute where
he received his Degree in Specialized Technology. While at The Thompson
Institute, Keith gained extensive knowledge of marketing and print media.
Keith has industry related experience serving both as a Realtor® and
a mortgage consultant. He also has hands on knowledge of building construction
and systems by working as an electrical contractor.
Shaun Magner also graduated with honors from Thaddeus Stevens College
of Technology where he received his Degree in Carpentry. Having been
employed by some of Lancaster County’s most prestigious homebuilders and
commercial contractors, Shaun has gained valuable experience functioning
as a carpenter in new construction and remodeling of both residential and
commercial projects. He also has several years of sales experience
working for one of the nation’s largest window and door retailers.
As the founders of PARLYX Associates, LLC, Keith and Shaun’s primary
focus is geared toward all aspects of residential Real Estate and small-scale
commercial properties. They pride themselves on their integrity, excellence
and innovation in property management while providing quality, convenient
and cost-effective services to their clients. They realize your property
